Julie Nolfo

Born and raised in Houma, Louisiana, I moved to Baton Rouge with my husband in 2003. Today, we are blessed with two amazing children—our son, who is part of the Catholic High School Class of 2027, and our daughter, who attends Most Blessed Sacrament. My husband and I have had the privilege of serving on various committees within our church and at MBS. Giving our time and talents to our community is something we truly value and enjoy.

With 14 years of experience as a licensed Realtor and three years as an Associate Broker, I have built my career around knowledge, dedication, and a genuine commitment to my clients. Since I did not grow up in Baton Rouge, I made it a priority to thoroughly learn the area, from its neighborhoods and roadways to its infrastructure and surrounding communities. I continue to stay informed about local developments and market trends so I can provide my clients with the most accurate, up-to-date information and help them make confident, informed decisions.

Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to work with a wide range of clients and real estate needs. From helping first-time homebuyers find their perfect home to assisting families who are upgrading or downsizing, finding the right piece of land, and guiding investors through the purchase of multifamily properties ranging from 4 to 100 units, I take great pride in providing knowledgeable, personalized service at every stage of the process.

Real estate has always been more than a career for me—it is part of my story. My dad was one of my greatest mentors, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have learned from him at such an early age. As a child, I was often either sitting in the back of his car or spending time at his office, proudly serving as his little shadow. Looking back, you could say I truly grew up in real estate. One of my greatest blessings was that my dad lived to see me in action, working with clients and guiding transactions smoothly all the way to the closing table. I even had the privilege to assist him on his last buyer and seller on his deathbed. Sharing that part of my life with him is a bond I will always cherish.

I am passionate about what I do and grateful for the opportunity to help individuals, families, and investors navigate some of life's biggest decisions.
