Pat Wattam

Arkansas is my home state, where I received my Bachelor’s degree in music education. After a career in music, including a Master of Music degree from Michigan State University, a private woodwind studio in Nashville, a seat in the pit orchestra at Opryland USA and teaching woodwinds at the college level, my husband took a position at Louisiana State University. The move to Baton Rouge was the start of my real estate career.

I was a top-producing solo agent and an active member of the Greater Baton Rouge Board of REALTORS®, where I was named Most Cooperative Realtor and Realtor of the Year, and served as President of the board. Education has been the key to my success, and I have spoken at many national real estate events.

Building a team of like-minded friends, many with music backgrounds of their own, led to the team’s continued success. After 43 years in real estate, I now serve as the team’s consultant, advising clients on their options, staging, pricing and the market.
